WHEREAS John MacBean Tulloch was on the 30th day of June 1919 convicted before the Supreme Court of the Colony of Hong Kong of the crime of rape and sentenced to imprisonment with hardlabour for the term of 5 years and is now undergoing the said sentence in the said Colony

AND WHEREAS it is likely that the health of the said John MacBean Tulloch will be permanently injured

by further imprisonment in the said Colony,

NOW THEREFORE I do hereby in pursuance of the

Colonial Prigoris Removal Act 1884 with the con- currence of the Government of the said Colony order

that the said John MacBean Tulloch be removed to

the United Kingdom there to undergo the residue of his said sentence (with such variation of the con-

ditions thereof as are or shall be provided by

regulations in force for the time being under the

said Act) in accordance with the said Action,

the hand of me the undersigned one of
